Melissa is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in Encino and Northridge, California.
Melissa works with individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. She has a certification in Anger Management. Melissa is also a certified School Counselor and a counselor in Child Welfare and Attendance. Melissa is passionate about helping people make the changes they want to have in their lives. She strives to help her clients in a real way that can empower a person, couple, or family to live their best lives, that whatever that means to the individual (healing pain, gaining hope, or realizing goals), with compassion and understanding, and without judgment.

Melissa is a member of both the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and the American Association for Marital and Family Therapy (AAMFT). She is a Certified Anger Management Specialist. Melissa has lead countless non-therapeutic women’s groups for the past twenty years.
